Shipping Policy

MARO provides shipping via Slovak Post on all orders. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely.
The package can be delivered to your address.Your orders we delivers to European countries and rest of the world and we have flat rate of 10 EUR for international shipping. For Slovakia and Czech republic is also flat rate in amout of 5 EUR.

Shipments sent through Slovak post have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days from the time they are submitted for dispatch to the customer. We do not deliver COD.

Whether you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our straightforward refund or exchange policy ensures that you can shop with confidence.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, we are at your service. Our goal is to ensure that your experience with MARO jewelry is a positive and enjoyable one.

We understand that every purchase is important, so we strive to make the return and exchange process as simple and transparent as possible. When returning items, please make sure that all items are in unused condition. Our return period is 14 days from delivery. Please send the goods in their original packaging and jewellery box. MARO does not cover the cost of returns. You can also send your package back via Packeta.

As a buyer, you can only claim goods purchased through www.marojewellery.com.
The warranty period for our jewellery is 24 months and starts from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. The warranty does not cover defects in the goods caused by improper use, improper storage or chemical or mechanical damage to the goods by the buyer.
