The merchant reserves the right to refuse to properly process an order or part of an order if the goods are no longer in production, the order cannot be bindingly confirmed due to unavailable shipping, or if the buyer has failed to pick up the goods in the past or has otherwise violated the terms and conditions. If the buyer has already paid the purchase price, this amount will be refunded back to the buyer's account within 15 days.
The prices of the goods in the e-shop are quoted in EUR including VAT. The merchant reserves the right to make any price changes.
